Everlittle Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing takes place on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an estimated processing or delivery timeframe is shown on a product page or at checkout, please use that estimate when planning your order.

Shipping Options and Costs

Available shipping methods, destinations, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Shipping options may vary based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates, not guarantees, unless a shipping option specifically states otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and address issues can affect delivery.

When tracking is available, we’ll send shipping confirmation and tracking details after your order ships. Tracking may take time to show its first scan. Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact Everlittle as soon as possible through the Contact page on our website. We can’t guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned because an address is incomplete or incorrect, we’ll contact you about available next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be sent again.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order appears delayed or tracking has stopped updating, contact us through the Contact page on our website so we can help investigate.

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the timeframe stated at purchase—or within 30 days when no shipping timeframe was stated—we’ll notify you and explain your options, including accepting a delay or cancelling for a refund, as applicable.

International Orders

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply unless checkout states that they are included. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
